Når vi kom leiligheten var tom. Gulvet ble skjev på den ene side 14 cm. Det var ingen bad ingen kjøkken.
Gulvet var rette og lagt nytt laminat, etablert nytt bad, levert og installert kjøkken. Nytt elektrisk og rør anlegg i leilighet.
